Founded in late 2022 by two experienced figures, Arisdiansah, an entrepreneur and business coach, and Yana Sandhi, an entrepreneur with over 13 years of experience in international luxury hotels in Bali, Incentric was established to bring a strategic approach to building customer experience as a business advantage.
